It’s been 6 years since I started this little blog and in that time a lot has changed. I’ve made over two houses<\/a>, made countless cricut projects<\/a>, jumped headfirst into creating resin pieces,<\/a> painted more walls<\/a> than I can count and had a few big life changes.<\/p>\n

It may sound cliche but I truly think with a little elbow grease and creativity anyone can have a house they love!<\/p>\n

I started this blog as a way to help other newlyweds create a home they could treasure (on a budget!). While I’m still helping newlyweds decorate their homes I’m no longer a newlywed myself. Not only have I been married for 6 years, but 2 of those years were long distance since my hubby earned his wings.<\/a><\/p>\n

I may not be a newlywed but I’m still passionate about helping people create fun crafts and beautiful homes!<\/p>\n

Ready to meet the fam? If you’re here for any amount of time you’re likely to hear about a few of these rascals!<\/p>\n

There’s our fetch playing, bow wearing super spoiled three year old yorkie, Little Bitt aka Bitty.<\/p>\n

Next up is our nap taking, hidey hole finding (seriously if there\u2019s a weird space she can crawl into to take a nap, this gal will find it) orange long-haired girl, Lily.<\/p>\n

Then there’s our little man, Jasper. He spends most of his time chasing after one of his sisters\u2026 but isn\u2019t that what little brother\u2019s do?<\/p>\n

Last but not least… the newest addition to our ramshackle little crew. Sugar is a long haired miniature dachshund that is as sweet as her name. She loves to cuddle more than anything else and is usually sitting on my lap or not far from my feet… she’s definitely a mama’s girl!<\/p>\n
